What Is Lorem Ipsum?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Richard is a founding partner of Freedom Financial Planning and is pleased with the continuing growth and success of the business as it enters its 20th year. He has been a Certified Financial Planner with the FPA (now the FAAA) for over 20 years and is currently completing his Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. Richard enjoys the strong relationships he has built over many years in providing personalised advice to his clients.

Katherine has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (majors in accounting, finance & financial planning) and a Diploma in Financial Planning and has worked in the Financial Planning industry since 2008.

Kate's experience in the financial planning industry has given her an in-depth understanding of how to effectively work with clients to build wealth and financial freedom.

She feels strongly about client education and helping each client understand the strategies to best suit their current and future financial goals. Kate believes in working closely with her clients to develop a deeper understanding of what they really need and want and how this relates to their specific financial needs. This allows her to provide them with tailored advice on the best way to build short, medium, and long-term wealth.

Kate enjoys establishing and growing these long-term relationships with her clients. She is delighted to have the opportunity to alleviate some of the stress individuals and families face when having to juggle their finances with everyday life events and loves being by their side as they progress through different life stages.

Outside of work Kate enjoys outdoor activities and being with her husband Phil and two young kids, Joshua and Isabelle. She loves watching the football and supporting her team, the Melbourne Demons and is heavily pushing both kids to become supporters!

Stephanie Mitchell - Financial Adviser

Stephanie has gained a wealth of knowledge through her experience in the finance industry since 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and Diploma in Financial Planning.

It brings Stephanie great pleasure building sound, long-term relationships with her clients and assisting them with reaching their financial goals, whilst eliminating some of the financial pressures and burdens faced by many individuals and families.

In Stephanie's spare time, you will likely find her travelling the world with her husband, trying different cultured foods, attending regular boxing classes to keep active and supporting her Carlton footy team (when they are winning)- GO THE BLUES!

Georgia Maher - Associate Adviser


Georgia has gained valuable experience in the financial planning industry since earning her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2016. Currently, she is enhancing her expertise by pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

For the past three years, Georgia has successfully overseen our back-office support team. Now, she is transitioning into a role where she will directly assist our advisers and clients, further contributing to their success.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Georgia enjoys travelling to spend quality time with loved ones and exploring new destinations.
